The following organisations support our club and we wish to express our thanks to them.
We are extremely pleased to have been granted £10,000 by the Big Lottery Funding under their Awards For All scheme, particularly as we have only been going for less than two years.
The money will help the club in a number of ways:
- Dedicated pool boats, plus racking, which we will store at Clevedon swimming pool. This will save us having to clean and transport boats on Saturday nights in the Autumn and Winter months
- Paying for training of more Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 coaches in the club
- Another open canoe needed for BCU 2 star awards
- Racking at our boatshed
